andrew alcock ford fiesta cabaret classic 1299 1996 can anyone help my cabaret classic has just had a new alternater and battery fitted it wont turn on the key but will start if its jump started the battery has been double checked if fine when i try to start it with the key it just makes a clicking noise thanks.  CLICK HERE to post your answer/comment Date Posted 10/03/2010

Tom if just a clicking noise then most likely a battery issue, how did you check battery? can't be anything else otherwise jump start wouldn't work either. your local car spares can test the battery for you usually free of charge. tom  CLICK HERE to post your answer/comment Date Posted 11/03/2010
