Phil Mazda 323 1.8 1999 front brake keeps sticking 'on' have checked for free pads & piston retracts back ok with a little force. but as soon as you reassemble and apply brakes wheel becomes heavy to rotate. any ideas.  CLICK HERE to post your answer/comment Date Posted 11/09/2005
