Question
kevin Ford Escort Van 1.8 2000
hi, still having trouble with the braking system on this van. renewed all brakes along with two new cylinders. bled breaks but pedal is soft and travels to the floor. the brakes are non exsistent. changed servo and master cylinder still the same. and now no brakes when master cylinder cap off, but when you screw it back on got brakes. but not efficient enough. this is really strange. any help here would be appreciated.
thanks
kevin

sounds like air in brake system somehwere or you have a leak.
do you loose fluid? have you checked brake pipe condition?
is brake pedal going hard during process bleeding if not as above you either have a leek or not bleeding correctly.
