| can anyone advise why my earh wire has burnt out. i turned the key to start the engine when i noticed smoke coming from the bonnett which as it turned out was the plastic from the earth wire melting right back into the fuse box. none of the fuses were blown though. i cut off the yellow plug and rewired with a length of new wire to the earth using femasle spade type connectors but minute the i reattached the battery the same thing happened again. any one out there have a clue because i dont? |
