| i recently bought this car, but was informed it had had an ignition fault(smoke came from dashboard)new plastic bit behind barrel fitted. currently has no main beam, horn on continuosly,drives great but engine cuts out if indicate right and wipers come on(wont switch off, but can adjust speed) but windows/mirrors/heater/stereo fine.battery also drains. wires from steering column melted(have taped up temporarily, and dont drive it. any clues would be glad to hear |
