Mathew Peogote Estate 306 1.9 1999 hi, i need some help on how to change the cam belt from the car i jut bought it a peugeot 306 estate 1.9 turbo diesel 1999. please could you explain to me how to change the cam belt, because i am not sure how i can remove the belt without damaging anything? thank you  CLICK HERE to post your answer/comment Date Posted 30/05/2005

rob hi, you have to drop out the engine mountings and remove the cover, just take it to a peugeot specialist and let them do it, it costs between £100 - £120 main dealer £150, also only use a gates belt (peugeot) others have a habit of snapping!! peugeot belts are well reinforced.  CLICK HERE to post your answer/comment Date Posted 04/06/2005   Alex have leak somewhere from water washer bottle - 106 quiksilver. any clues on removing the bottle for repair / replacement? tks  CLICK HERE to post your answer/comment Date Posted 06/02/2006   andrew fox hi! we've got a peugeot 306 td p reg (xud engine). it had it's cam belt changed at 102,500 miles. does anybody know when it'll need doing again?
